We work with rich medical, pharmacy, stoploss, and business datasets to generate insights that directly influence product strategy, client outcomes, underwriting, and internal operations. The team partners closely with a varied set of stakeholders to move from questions to action, promoting data-driven decision making across the organization. We do this within a team culture of collaboration, shared responsibility, mutual respect, and growth.\nPosition Summary:\nAs a Data Manager, you will support harnessing the critical data required to support strategic decision-making at the company. You will play a key role in executing the vision of the Analytics team to provide intelligence to stakeholders across the organization, serving as a liaison between technical data management and business strategy.\nThis position will report to the VP of Analytics.
