We help companies quickly test, implement, and scale AI applications within their specific business environments.\nFounded in 2023, ParetoLabs is a Microsoft for Startups partner that combines innovative AI technologies with the individual requirements of Swiss companies.\nTasks\nLead AI projects end to end - retrieval assistants, copilots and agents - from discovery and scoping to rollout and operation.\nTranslate business problems into clear use cases, requirements and success criteria together with our clients.\nPlan and steer delivery with our engineering team: scope, timeline, budget, risks and priorities.\nDefine how quality is measured and make sure solutions are evaluated before and after go-live.\nWork with client stakeholders on data, security, compliance and change management.\nCollaborate closely with our multicultural team and bring your own ideas to projects with real-world impact.\nRequirements\nExperience: Several years of project management in software, data or digital transformation projects; AI or data projects are a strong plus.\n AI Understanding: A solid grasp of how large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents work, what they are good at and where they fail.\n Technical Foundation: Enough understanding of software architecture and cloud infrastructure (ideally Microsoft Azure) to discuss solutions with engineers and client IT and security teams.\nMethods: Confident with agile delivery and with structuring ambiguous problems into concrete plans.\nStakeholder Management: Experience working with business and IT stakeholders up to management level, including managing expectations about what AI can and cannot do.\n Data & Compliance: Awareness of data protection (Swiss FADP, GDPR) and information security in client projects.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent German and English, written and spoken.\nMindset: Structured, hands-on and curious, with the ownership to bring projects over the finish line.\nBenefits\nCompetitive Remuneration: A competitive salary package, reflecting your experience and contributions.\nPick Your Gear: Choose your preferred devices for work.\nAttractive Benefits: above market pension benefits and a private accident insurance.\n Professional Growth: Participation in the Microsoft for Startups program, offering access to valuable resources, events and support.\nInterested in leading AI projects that make a real difference?
