As an Associate Software Quality and Test Analyst, you will support software quality, system validation, testing, and compliance activities for regulated business applications. This position plays a key role in validation deliverables, change requests, test case creation and execution, and quality documentation, helping ensure that systems remain compliant and audit ready.\n\nYou'll collaborate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor teams, follow industry-standard processes, and contribute to system enhancements and projects. With diverse teams and continuous learning opportunities, the Associate Software Quality and Test Analyst can explore career paths and expand skills across clinical research.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport system validation and qualification activities for software applications\n\nDevelop and execute test cases, test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios\n\nCreate, review, and maintain validation and quality documentation.\n\nSupport change request assessment, testing, and implementation activities\n\nDocument test results, defects, and testing evidence\n\nEnsure traceability between requirements, testing, and validation deliverables\n\nAssist with audit readiness by maintaining accurate and inspection-ready records\n\nCollaborate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor teams on system enhancements and projects\n\nYou'll thrive in this role if you bring:\nStrengths in software testing and UAT, system validation, and quality documentation\n\nAn understanding of regulated environments and the documentation and compliance standards they require\n\nThe ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly\n\nA patient-focused mindset and strong attention to detail\n\nComfort working with change management and defect tracking processes\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field\n\n1-3 years of experience in software testing, validation, quality assurance, or related roles\n\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing methodologies, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes\n\nStrong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Computer System Validation (CSV)\n\nKnowledge of Good Practice (GxP), Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP 5), and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 (Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures) requirements\n\nExperience with change control and quality management processes\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, HP ALM, and similar tools\n\nWe believe in flexibility, growth, and creating space for people to do their best work.
