This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with clinical research site experience who are looking to expand their expertise within a leading global CRO.\nAs a Clinical Operations Assistant, you will work closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and project teams, providing critical operational and administrative support throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. Your contributions will help ensure the efficiency, quality, and compliance of clinical studies while offering exposure to a variety of clinical operations activities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport clinical study teams with administrative and operational tasks.\nManage site payments and clinical trial supplies.\nMaintain and organize essential study documentation within electronic systems.\nPerform Trial Master File (TMF) related activities to support inspection readiness.\nTrack, collect, scan, file, and process study documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs).\nProvide limited site-facing support in partnership with Clinical Research Associates.\nWhat We're Looking For?
