We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.\nKey Accountabilities:\n\nStudy Team Supporting\nImplements and monitors clinical trials to ensure sponsor and investigator obligations are being met and are compliant with applicable local regulatory requirements and ICH GCP guidelines. \nAssesses the qualification of potential investigative sites, initiates clinical trials at investigative sites, instructs site personnel on the proper conduct of clinical trials, and close clinical trials at investigative sites. \nReviews and verifies accuracy of clinical trial data collected, either on site or remotely. \nProvides regular site status information to team members, trial management, and updates trial management tools. \nCompletes monitoring activity documents as required by SOPs or other contractual obligations. \nWorks closely with other clinical team members to facilitate timely resolution of trial and/or clinical issues. \nEscalates site and trial related issues per SOPs until identified issues are resolved or closed. \nPerforms essential document site file reconciliation. \nPerforms source document verification and query resolution. \nAssesses investigational product (IP) accountability, dispensation, and compliance at the investigative sites. \nVerifies SAE reporting according to trial specifications and ICH GCP guidelines. \nCommunicates with investigative sites. \nUpdates applicable tracking systems. \nEnsures all required training is completed and documented. \nServes as main observer/assessor of site activities. \nFacilitates audits and audit resolution. \nTo undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time as appropriate for experience and as required e.g., protocol amendment submissions, Investigator site budget negotiation. \nMentors’ junior-level CRAs and serves as a resource for new employees. \nServes as main observer of site activities and may have some responsibilities for performance of site. \nMay be assigned additional clinical operations tasks: \nMay serve as a resource for and interact with other functional areas to resolve site issues and facilitate trial timelines. \nMay be assigned clinical tasks where advanced negotiating skills are required. \nCompliance with Parexel standards\nComply with required training curriculum. \nComplete timesheets accurately as required. \nSubmit expense reports as required. \nUpdate CV as required. \nMaintain a working knowledge of and comply with Parexel processes, ICH-GCPs and other applicable requirements \nSkills: \nProven organizational and presentation skills. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail. \nAgile & quick learner, good team player \nWillingness and ability to train others on study administration procedures. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nGood written and spoken English. \nComputer Proficiency: ability to handle daily work via Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc \nKnowledge and Experience:\n2 - 4 years of clinical monitoring experience required.
