As an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology, you will be a recognized Oncology professional with experience in design, operational conduct, and successful global delivery of solutions. You will partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, Commercial Operations, and Strategic Business Units to optimize new business awards through compelling operational and technical strategies and business solutions that support current and future client needs. Your strategies will include in-depth risk assessments and scenario plans.\nYou’ll join a complex, cross-functional environment where your Oncology expertise, consultative approach, and strategic perspective will help shape differentiated solutions, support clients through the pre-award process, and strengthen Parexel’s ability to address evolving market and client needs.
