We are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to help drive industry leading innovation, With Heart®.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Program Lead, FSP Operations (clinical operations) to join Parexel's Functional Service Provider organization. This cross functional leadership role plays a critical part in shaping the success of Clinical Operations FSP programs through strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial oversight, and strong client partnership.\nAs Program Lead, you will provide direction across FSP programs, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost effective services while maintaining customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and business performance. You will work closely with functional leaders, regional leaders, and line managers to develop scalable solutions, optimize program performance, and drive sustainable growth..\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the overall success of assigned FSP programs by ensuring high quality service delivery, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance\n\nProvide strategic direction to FSP management teams on program level financial performance, resource optimization, and margin improvement opportunities\n\nManage financial aspects of FSP programs, including budget planning, resource allocation, cost management, financial reporting, profitability targets, and contract oversight\n\nOversee the development and management of workforce infrastructure that supports successful FSP program execution\n\nLead strategic initiatives that strengthen and expand FSP service offerings.\n\nDevelop comprehensive and scalable FSP solutions that address the specific needs of clients while supporting long term program growth\n\nEstablish frameworks and standardized approaches for FSP service delivery while maintaining flexibility for program specific requirements\n\nImplement quality standards, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness across FSP operations\n\nDrive knowledge sharing and process harmonization across FSP programs while ensuring compliance with applicable industry regulations\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand FSP services and develop targeted business strategies that support client and organizational objectives\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and long term partnership success\n\nCandidate Profile\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring:\nStrong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills\n\nExperience leading clinical FSP programs within a CRO environment\n\nThe ability to influence cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels\n\nA customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality results and operational excellence\n\nExperience with workforce forecasting, resource planning, billing processes, financial tracking, and performance reporting within an FSP environment\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience\n\nMinimum 5+ years of FSP clinical operations leadership experience in a CRO setting and a minimum of 3 years of previous line management experience\n\nDirect experience with FSP Program Leadership within the clinical operations function\n\nExperience with FSP resourcing projections, billing processes, workforce forecasting, and financial tracking\n\nComprehensive understanding of FSP operational requirements across multiple therapeutic areas\n\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial operational frameworks\n\nExperience developing and implementing FSP solutions for diverse client types\n\nAbility to identify and address the unique challenges associated with FSP service delivery in different functional contexts\n\nUnderstanding of the operational needs and regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials\n\nExperience building and managing cross functional teams with expertise across multiple therapeutic areas\n\nStrong communication, organizational, relationship management, and problem solving skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced degree in a life sciences, healthcare, business, or related discipline\n\nExperience supporting multiple therapeutic areas within clinical development programs\n\nExperience developing scalable FSP delivery models and service frameworks\n\nFamiliarity with performance measurement, quality management, and operational process improvement initiatives\n\nBenefits and Compensation\nHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance\n\nVacation/Holiday/Sick Time\n\nFlexible benefit portal\n\nCar or car allowance (only applicable roles)\n\nIf this job doesn’t sound like the next step in your career, but perhaps you know of someone who’d be a perfect fit, send them the link to apply!\nWe believe in flexibility, growth, and creating space for people to do their best work.
