conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system (PEGA and BrassRing), and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.\nDemonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.\nComplete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.\nUnderstand client-specific acumen.\nUnderstand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.\nSkills\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nSolid sourcing and candidate relationship building skills\nEffective interpersonal skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nDemonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting\nThe ability to use diverse software in the identification/ contacting of potential candidates.\nComfortable with cold-call prospecting, networking, marketing, sourcing and recruiting.\nFocused / aggressive work ethic\nMarketing mindset and attitude\nStrong work ethic with a commitment to results\nTeam player\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.\nLanguage Skills\nAt least fluent in English (verbal and written)\nAt least fluent in Japanese (verbal and written)\nFluent in Mandarin\nMinimum Work Experience\nAt least 2 years in Talent Acquisition (in-house recruitment, employment agencies, social media representatives, etc.) related
