As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will drive digital transformation across Parexel by designing and building innovative solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline operations, and support clinical research activities. \nThis position plays a key role in architecting enterprise solutions, optimizing business processes, and enabling teams to work more effectively through Microsoft 365 technologies. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, follow industry-standard development practices, and contribute to solution delivery from design through deployment and support.\nResponsibilities include designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions, developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, configuring SharePoint environments, and providing technical guidance to optimize Microsoft 365 capabilities.
