We are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to help drive industry leading innovation, With Heart®.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Site Payment Lead to join our team in a remotecapacityThe Site Payment Lead is responsible for coordinating with the team members and their activities across studies, liaising with the project teams to ensure set-up and site payments are effectively managed; and is accountable for the management of payments for the assigned studies. This includes the accountability for payment setup and modifications within the investigator payment system for expenses aligned to budget templates. \nWorking independently, they will show an elevated level of ownership assisting the project team project planning, decision making process and timely payments to investigator sites. As a dedicated team player, the Site Payment Lead provides excellent proactive support across projects and tasks as assigned with supervision, identifying risks, their impact, and potential resolutions.\nKey Accountabilities:\nOverall Accountabilities:\nBe the accountable Lead for Site Payment Services related queries on assigned studies and point of contact for project teams.\n\nProactively and effectively solves customer problems and accepts responsibility for actions.\n\nWork closely with Project Leadership, Global Site Contracts, eClinical Business Implementation, Global Clinical Operations, and other internal Site Payment Services team members to obtain additional information required to perform tasks, when applicable.\n\nParticipate as the Lead representative of the Investigator Payment team in study start-up meetings, including payment strategy meetings, to ensure initial funds setup requirements are documented for seamless payment processing.\n\nLead and follow-up on audits/inspections\n\nKnowledge of clinical trial pricing/budgeting tools and how to reflect operational changes within the tools\n\nThorough knowledge of Parexel’s SOPs, Operational Guidelines and Work Instructions procedures.\n\nComplete routine administrative tasks in a timely manner (e.g. timesheets, metrics, and expenses).\n\nIn depth understanding of the set-up and payment process; including ability to analyze agreements.\n\nCollection of information from all teams/systems/tools wherever needed on a timely and proactive basis.\n\nAnalyze and present data to various stakeholders.\n\nTrains team members within the Site Payment Services.\n\nDiscover and implement opportunities for process efficiencies.\n\nEnd to end management of Site Payments:\nKeeps internal and external team members aware of site payment status and issues.\n\nAccurately authorize study setups before starting payments.\n\nResolve escalated second line helpdesk issues for assigned portfolio.\n\nAssist in the preparation of project status reports as needed.\n\nWorks with IFA and project team to ensure appropriate funding prior to administering payments.\n\nProactively participates in Project Strategy Meetings (PSM), providing input to payment strategy planning for incoming studies.\n\nCompliance with the Investigator payment timelines as per the contractual terms.\n\nResolve payment discrepancies to ensure accurate processing of payments.\n\nProvide payments reports for assigned projects to customers as requested.\n\nSkills:\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to make decisions and advise other staff even in ambiguous situations.\n\nAbility to conduct root cause analysis in problem solving and process development.\n\nStrong customer focus, ability to interact professionally.\n\nPatient, Quality and Client focused approach to work.\n\nAbility to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.\n\nExpert in using MS Excel for spreadsheet analysis.\n\nStrong proficiency in use of MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.\n\nAnalytical mind with strong attention to detail.\n\nCommitment to high quality work and consistent performance.\n\nComfortable with working in a decentralized matrix environment and being a conversant team player.\n\nDelivers standard/typical work deliverables without issues.\n\nThoroughly understands fundamentals of CRO industry and how Investigator Payments influence in the organization.\n\nKnowledge and Experience:\n4+ years’ experience are preferred within a Clinical Research Organization; Business; Finance/Accounting; or other comparable experience.\n\nMust have experience supporting Clinical Site Payments\n\nEducation:\nAdvanced to excellent English level for non-native English speakers.\n\nMinimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.\n\nWe believe in flexibility, growth, and creating space for people to do their best work.
