As a Solutions Consultant - Logistics, you will be a recognized professional in clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and/or laboratory logistics, with experience supporting the design, operational conduct, and successful delivery of global clinical trial logistics solutions. You will join a highly collaborative, growth-oriented environment where strategic insight, commercial awareness, and solution design directly influence business opportunities. Working in partnership with operational, commercial, and other cross-functional teams, you will help develop creative, cost-effective, operationally achievable clinical logistics solutions that address client needs and differentiate Parexel. Your work will span the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and developing competitive solutions through supporting effective transition to operational teams and identifying opportunities to strengthen or expand solutions for existing clients. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your clinical trial logistics expertise, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to industry-leading solutions across Parexel.\nKey Responsibilities\nClinical Logistics Solution Development\nDevelop creative, cost-effective, high-quality competitive strategies and business solutions that differentiate Parexel as a premier provider of clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and laboratory logistics solutions.\nCraft creative solutions for sales campaigns and strategic clinical logistics opportunities.\nEngage with experts across Parexel to develop short- and longer-term solutions that address client requirements and maximize value.\nConsider operational and financial risks, implementation requirements, scope assumptions, milestones, and budget considerations when developing solutions.\nDevelop solutions that are operationally achievable while supporting quality, efficiency, financial objectives, and customer expectations.\nApply appropriate risk assessments and assumptions to support clear scope definition and effective management of potential scope changes.\nMaintain strong knowledge of Parexel clinical trial supply and logistics offerings and understand how those services connect with broader Parexel capabilities.\nApply knowledge of industry trends, competition, innovations, and relevant regulatory developments to strengthen solutions and identify business opportunities.\nSales and Proposal Support\nSupport Strategic Business Unit sales targets and participate in discovery sessions to understand client business objectives, clinical trial logistics requirements, and solution needs.\nCreate customer-focused, professionally presented proposal content that clearly differentiates Parexel from competitors and supports business growth across Strategic Business Units.\nEnsure proposals and client responses reflect strategy discussions, address client requirements, communicate a clear value proposition and critical success factors, and are based on appropriate assumptions.\nSupport the development of solutions with accurate and achievable scope, milestones, budget considerations, and operational assumptions.\nDefine bid pursuit content and review and integrate relevant clinical logistics considerations into request-for-proposal strategies.\nParticipate in capabilities meetings, proposal development, bid pursuit and bid defense meetings, and client Q&A sessions as needed.\nDrive a consultative approach that enables Parexel to develop differentiated business solutions and clearly communicate their value to clients.\nSupport clients through the pre-award process and provide subject matter expertise to help address complex clinical logistics needs.\nPost-Award Solution Support\nSupport the effective handover of awarded solutions to operational teams, helping ensure alignment between the proposed solution and operational delivery.\nMaintain appropriate knowledge of awarded projects and collaborate with operational teams to help ensure solutions continue to support agreed quality, efficiency, financial, and customer objectives.\nWork collaboratively with broader Parexel teams to help address post-award client issues and provide coordinated clinical logistics solutions.\nContribute clinical logistics expertise when changes or challenges require adjustments to the solution approach.\nSupport opportunities for scope expansion and additional business with existing clients by identifying evolving clinical logistics needs and potential solutions.\nApply lessons learned and client feedback from solution implementation to strengthen future offerings and opportunities.\nClient and Solution Communication\nAdvise sponsors and internal teams, applying clinical trial logistics subject matter expertise to develop competitive solution models.\nCommunicate credibly with audiences ranging from operational and project teams to senior client stakeholders.\nTranslate complex clinical logistics concepts into clear, understandable, and compelling recommendations.\nEnsure client communications provide consistent messaging and clearly development process.\nSupport internal and external consultations and the preparation of clinical logistics content for relevant industry forums and professional organizations.\nCandidate risk in solution development.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at different business levels.\nThe ability to build strong client and cross-functional relationships and understand client needs.\nIndependent thinking and a flexible approach to assignments and the development of new capabilities.\nThe ability to manage analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to travel up to 30%.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree.\nMultiple years of experience in the life sciences industry.\nClinical trial logistics expertise, with experience in clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and/or laboratory logistics.\nExperience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical, operational, or logistics strategies.\nExperience designing, operationalizing, and successfully delivering solutions globally.\nExperience collaborating across operational and commercial teams to develop client-focused solutions.\nStrong commercial awareness and the ability to develop operational and technical strategies, risk assessments, scenario plans, and business solutions.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced degree.\nWe believe in
