As a Trainee Sourcing Specialist, you will support clinical research talent acquisition activities that advance new treatments for patients by building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines. This position plays a key role in sourcing excellence, candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, and recruitment strategy execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional recruitment teams, follow industry-standard sourcing processes, and contribute to talent acquisition from strategy through candidate placement. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying top talent through multiple sourcing channels, with opportunities to deepen your expertise and influence hiring outcomes.\nYou'll join a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment focused on making a meaningful impact through strategic sourcing, candidate relationship building, and talent community development. operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nActively manage candidate pipelines and accurately disposition candidates based on role requirements and client needs\n\nCreate target lists to identify competitor organizations and potential candidates, and generate interest in available roles and client companies\n\nConduct phone screenings of qualified applicants and manage high-volume candidate interactions with professionalism and attention to detail\n\nUtilize networking opportunities including community groups and professional associations to identify qualified candidate referrals\n\nManage job postings on job boards and social media channels to maximize candidate reach and sourcing effectiveness\n\nIdentify user groups and professional associations that can help generate qualified candidates for clinical research roles\n\nProvide sourcing results in reportable formats to support talent acquisition strategy and decision-making\n\nSupport talent community development and high-volume communication initiatives, including recruitment drives and email campaigns, in collaboration with Recruitment Managers\n\nYou'll thrive in this role if you bring:\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively\n\nExcellent analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities to evaluate candidate fit and commitment to supporting clinical research excellence\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMBA in Human Resources 2026 passed outs and bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences would be a plus\n\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills\n\nExcellent analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities\n\nEffective time management skills to meet deliverables\n\nWillingness to take
