As a Workday HCM and Payroll Analyst, you will support critical human capital management and payroll operations that enable our global workforce to thrive. This position plays a key role in system configuration, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless payroll execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and global payroll partners, follow industry-standard processes, and contribute to Workday operations from initial design through continuous optimization. With diverse teams and continuous learning opportunities, the Workday HCM and Payroll Analyst can explore career paths and expand skills across enterprise HR technology and payroll systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and enhance Workday Core HCM functionality, including worker data, organizations, positions, compensation, and job architecture to ensure data accuracy and system integrity\nSupport end-to-end lifecycle processes spanning hiring, onboarding, job changes, performance management, time tracking, absence management, and offboarding\nConfigure and optimize business processes, security roles, routing, condition rules, and domain policies to align with organizational needs and compliance requirements\nDeliver reporting and analytics using Workday delivered reports, custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to enable data-driven decision making\nCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support talent management, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and organizational change initiatives\nEnsure data quality, audit controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global HR standards across all HCM operations\nPartner with Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate HCM data flows for payroll processing globally\nSupport Workday Payroll and Global Payroll integrations, including validation of pay inputs, outputs, pay components, and country-specific rules\nManage payroll data movement and mapping for global and third-party payroll providers, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy\nTroubleshoot payroll results, perform audits, and collaborate with country payroll teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance\nAssist in integration design leveraging EIB, Studio, PECI, and API/web services for inbound and outbound data movement\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and biannual Workday releases to optimize system performance\nCandidate Profile\nYou'll thrive in this role if you bring:\nExpertise in Workday HCM and Payroll configuration and support\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent documentation and communication skills\nExperience working in complex, regulated environments\nThe ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities\nA detail-oriented mindset with commitment to data quality and compliance\nComfort working with enterprise systems, integrations, and technical tools\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of Workday experience across Core HCM and Payroll or global payroll integrations\nHands-on configuration experience with HCM business processes, security, organizations, and reporting\nExperience with payroll processing, payroll audits, pay components, and working with third-party payroll vendors\nUnderstanding of global HR data structures, compliance requirements, and country-specific payroll nuances\nWorking knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs), data mapping, and testing\nWorkday HCM and Payroll certification\nBachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field\nStrong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Global Payroll Connect (ADP, ExPR, ExPD, notifications)\nFamiliarity with compensation, time tracking, absence, and reporting frameworks\nPrior involvement in Workday R1/R2 upgrades, payroll transformation, or system optimization projects\nWe believe in flexibility, growth, and creating space for people to do their best work.
