As a Trading Reliability Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:\n Planning, testing, and coordinating version upgrades and production releases of vendor solutions supporting BIST order execution \n Managing incidents through log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), technical troubleshooting, and vendor coordination \n Creating and executing UAT scenarios for new products and instruments, while supporting Backoffice and Analyst teams \n Performing database checks and monitoring performance indicators such as indexes, locks, I/O, and transaction flows \n Monitoring critical trading processes, batch jobs, and system integrations to ensure reliable operations \n Improving monitoring dashboards and alerts across availability, latency, throughput, and other critical system metrics \n Supporting technology operations and integrations across brokerage platforms and market infrastructure \n Maintaining clear documentation of system configurations, operational processes, and technical procedures \nKey competencies\nWe value a commitment to service quality as much as technical experience. To thrive in this role, you should have:\n Strong understanding of capital markets, including order types, trading sessions, and equity and derivatives market dynamics \n Familiarity with BISTECH, FIX, or similar trading and order communication protocols\n Strong SQL skills, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server, and understanding of database performance and monitoring concepts\n Experience with log analysis and service management across Linux and Windows environments\n Understanding of fundamental networking and troubleshooting concepts \n Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, orZabbix\n Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills \n Ability to remain calm and methodical when handling time-critical production incidents \n Clear and structured communication skills with the ability to manage both vendors and internal stakeholders \n Effective prioritization and decision-making in high-volume operational environments \n Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with technology, operations, Backoffice, and business teams \n Technical English proficiency for vendor communication and documentation \n Experience with drop copy, market data, OMS, or Backoffice integrations is considered a plus\n Familiarity with SPK, Takasbank, MKK, and brokerage operations is considered a plus\n Experience with brokerage technologies such as Tradesoft, GTP, orXfront is considered a plus\nThe advantages of being at Paribu\nWe care about our team’s growth and well-being.
