The successful candidate will drive sales and delivery while developing a strong team of technologists.\nAdvance your career to become a Pariveda Vice President through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from executives, and regular opportunities for advancement\n\nLead Enterprise Solution Design and Implementation - intersection of business and technology, with focus in: Cloud across platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), Mobility, Data Analytics & Insights (Machine Learning), and User-Centered Design\n\nUtilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions, incorporating AI tools to streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery while upholding and articulating responsible, ethical AI practices in collaboration with clients and stakeholder\n\nManage multiple project teams and oversee all aspects of the SDLC including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery\n\nDiagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda’s capabilities to meet our clients’ needs\n\nManage the account planning process at existing and prospective clients by identifying new or follow-on opportunities\n\nActively manage project profitability for both our firm and our clients by taking a leadership role in executing the sales process while understanding client and/or partner legal agreements affecting their teams' work\n\nSupport company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employees\n\nMentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement\n\nWork within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office\n\nActively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering events\n\nWork with smart, humble, and supportive people\n\nWe Look For:\nThe successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:\n8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions\n\nWorking knowledge of Agile practices\n\nExtensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of custom development projects and complex client engagements\n\nCurrent or recent leadership of multiple internal and external teams\n\nStrong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions\n\nRecognized as a valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals\n\nAbility to build consensus and achieve goals through influence\n\nPassionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers\n\nLegally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship\n\nBachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience\n\nPariveda Benefits\nTransparent and Equitable Salary. The base salary range for this position is $209,600 -$218,700 annually. This range reflects base salary only. Pariveda also offers quarterly profit sharing based on company performance.
