The Internal IT department is responsible for creating and supporting the data, applications, and systems used throughout the firm. In this role, you will lead the ongoing evolution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, associated sales tools, and the integrations that connect these tools to our broader enterprise application landscape. This role combines solution architecture, application administration, development, integration design, project delivery, testing, vendor partnership, and production support. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, translate requirements into effective solutions across Dynamics CRM and other sales tools and you will use Workato to design and support reliable integrations and workflows. You will also serve as a subject matter expert and systems owner for key platforms, helping ensure that our technology continues to meet evolving business and user needs. While Dynamics CRM is the primary focus of this role, the broader portfolio includes Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and HubSpot support, along with the integrations and processes that connect these systems.\nThis role will evolve, giving you opportunities to expand your skills and grow your career. If you are looking for a place where you’ll be challenged to learn, grow, and truly make an impact, we invite you to explore this opportunity with our team in Internal IT.\nTo learn more about our culture and what you can expect at Pariveda, review our Findamentals - the behaviors that show who we are.\nYou Can Expect To:\nDevelop practical approaches and plans for small technology projects focused on Dynamics CRM capabilities, enterprise integrations, and related enterprise systems.\n\nHelp deliver Dynamics CRM enhancements, enterprise integration changes, and system upgrades with minimal business disruption and minimal post-implementation errors.\n\nDevelop scripts, workflow automations, and application extensions using JavaScript, C#, Power Apps, iPaaS, and similar technologies.\n\nDevelop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Dynamics CRM and other application reporting capabilities.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions to meet the business objectives\n\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs, user requirements, desired user experience, integration needs, and data capture requirements.\n\nKeep stakeholders informed and aligned on project status, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.\n\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, integration platforms as a service, ETL and ELT processes, event-driven workflows, and scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, and C#.\n\nMaintain and develop clear documentation, SOPs, RACIs, etc. for system configurations, integrations, process changes, and technical decisions.\n\nManage vendor relationships and system support by coordinating communications, monitoring and escalating issues, participating in vendor forums, and communicating product updates and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.\n\nMonitor and triage support requests across support business enterprise systems\n\nCreate and present findings, solutions, and demos to audiences including senior executives and stakeholders\n\nGrow your career and personal development with continuous 360-degree feedback and guidance from your mentor and Pariveda's proprietary Expectations Framework\n\nWork within a hybrid operating model\n\nActively engage in our culture of continuous learning, community service, social gatherings, and personal and professional development\n\nWork with smart, humble, and supportive people\n\nWe Look For:\nA successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:\nPassionate MS Dynamics CE CRM developer/analyst with 1-5 years of application development experience\n\nExperience with:\n\nAdministering, configuring, customizing, or extending Dynamics CRM or a comparable enterprise CRM platform\n\nDesigning, building, troubleshooting, or supporting enterprise application integrations, ideally using Workato or a comparable iPaaS system.\n\nWorkflow automation, scripting, data mapping, error handling, or custom development.\n\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, json, python, iPaaS, APIs, and development using automation technologies.\n\nWorking knowledge of other sales and marketing systems, such as Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Hubspot, etc.\n\nCreating technical solution documentation, architecture documentation, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and implementation plans.\n\nTroubleshooting application defects, system failures, integration issues, and user support requests.\n\nPrioritizing competing requests and communicate decisions, risks, issues, and timelines clearly.\n\nBuilding trusted relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, end users, and vendors.\n\nExperience with SaaS system implementation, integrations, upgrades and release management.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to be a self-starter and learn new systems\n\nInnate curiosity to learn, solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to new challenges\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written\n\nBachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering or comparable experience\n\nPariveda Benefits:\nTransparent and Equitable Salary.
