Guide teams in selecting and applying the right technologies and practices to create secure, scalable, innovative solutions that address complex client and business needs.\n\nDevelop people and high-performing teams, foster strong engineering and delivery practices, lead through change, manage delivery risks, and translate business strategy into measurable technology outcomes.\n\nAgentic Engineering: AI-assisted software delivery across the SDLC, incorporating AI tools to streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery while upholding and articulating responsible, ethical AI practices in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.\n\nDeliver presentations and facilitate meetings while adapting communication to varying audiences including high level stakeholders\n\nIdentify needs and strengths for career progression of team members and create opportunities for development\n\nMentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement\n\nSupport company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employees\n\nActively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service and team building\n\nWork within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office\n\nActively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering events\n\nWork with smart, humble, and supportive people\n\nWe Look For:\nThe successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:\nPassionate technologists with 5+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in application development\n\nBackground in technical and/or management consulting\n\nDemonstrated project management experience - planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management and resource management/allocation\n\nExperience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices\n\nCurrent project leadership of technical teams\n\nEnthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others helping them develop their careers\n\nAbility to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals\n\nBachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable experience\n\nLegally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship\n\nPariveda Benefits\nTransparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $139,100 - $151,000 annually.
