Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.\nParkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.\nResponsibilities\nDirects multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion \nDevelops and manages the project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget ensuring alignment with client expectations\nLeads client meetings, provides relevant project solutions, and addresses client concerns promptly\nManages resources, ensuring the project team is properly staffed, and adjusts staffing as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain profitability\nIdentifies and mitigates project risks that may affect timelines, budgets, or quality\nMonitors and manages project financial health by reviewing billing, expenses, and staff utilization and work plans to ensure project profitability\nCoordinates design efforts between the project team, engineers, and subconsultants to ensure a seamless integration of disciplines\nManages and fosters collaboration with subconsultants by negotiating agreements, defining their scope of work, and ensuring timely deliverables and that all contractual obligations are met\nOversees construction phase services and lead the project closeout process, including preparing final deliverables, coordinating punch lists, and ensuring substantial completion is achieved\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nEducation or commensurate experience in the architecture, engineering or construction industry\nProfessional registration as an Architect\nMinimum of 5 years in a project management position\nProficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vantagepoint\nEffective communication skills to allow for engaging collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams \nBenefits and Perks\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
