Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain master, baseline, and milestone schedules for multiple capital projects from planning through closeout.\nIntegrate design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and occupancy activities.\nPerform CPM and schedule analysis; identify risks, constraints, delays, and recovery opportunities.\nReview contractor schedules, updates, recovery plans, logic, sequencing, and resource loading.\nDevelop program dashboards, milestone tracking, look-ahead schedules, and schedule/cost reporting.\nSupport capital planning, cash-flow forecasting, earned value, and production analysis.\nDevelop program-wide mitigation strategies, phasing plans, procurement sequencing, and opportunities to accelerate delivery.\nSupport Program Execution Plans (PEPs) and project execution strategies.\nFacilitate schedule workshops and pull-planning sessions and present updates to leadership and clients.\nCoordinate schedules across Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and owners.\nDevelop scheduling standards, templates, and best practices; mentor junior schedulers and support QA/QC.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.\n7-10 years of AEC project scheduling experience.\nAdvanced Primavera P6 proficiency required; experience with MS Project, Power BI, advanced Excel, Procore, or Oracle Primavera Cloud preferred.\nStrong understanding of CPM scheduling and construction delivery methods.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nExperience managing schedules for programs exceeding $50M preferred.\nExperience with K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Aviation, Healthcare, or Public Infrastructure programs preferred.\nPSP, PMP, PMI-SP, or CCM certification preferred.\nBenefits and Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
