Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.\nParkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.\nResponsibilities\nOversee engineering efforts from design through construction on a variety of civil engineering treatment projects.\nConduct site visits and assessments.\nParticipate in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences.\nDevelop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications.\nCollaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants.\nPresent designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.\nExplore new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nProfessional engineer registration in TX with ability to get in NM & OK.\nAt least 4 years of experience in civil design - Water and Wastewater Treatment design preferred.\nExperience with software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred.\nKnowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends.\nDetailed understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, taking into account time, cost and resources.\nMaintaining a high level of organization to maximize business hours to achieve a solid life balance and to strategically prioritize tasks.\nExcellent analytical skills to evaluate their observations to design a system that will withstand the elements on the installation site.\nMust be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plans.\nBenefits and Perks\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
