Our success is driven by talented people who take pride in building industry-leading solutions.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an Engineering Project Manager, you’ll provide leadership and coordination across the full product development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead cross-functional engineering and product development projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and achieved\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, risk assessments, and deliverables\nTrack KPIs, schedules, and costs, proactively addressing risks and roadblocks to maintain project momentum\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as a central point of coordination between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations\nFoster strong communication and alignment across teams to ensure seamless execution and shared accountability\nAct as the primary project contact for senior leadership after Gate 1 approval, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes\nBudget & Risk Management\nDevelop and manage project budgets, balancing technical requirements with financial constraints\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving\nQuality, Safety & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure project deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements\nIdentify opportunities to improve project execution processes, driving efficiency, cost savings, and repeatable success\nExperience & Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor of Science in Engineering (preferred), or a degree in Business or Project Management with a strong technical background in a product development environment\nExperience\n5+ years of experience managing engineering or product development projects, preferably in a design-and-manufactured industrial or consumer product environment\nStrong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including design, manufacturing, validation, and go-to-market\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines\nProficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or similar\nTravel\nAbility to travel up to 10%\nAs an Engineering Project Manager at Park Industries, you'll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines travel and remote work flexibility with onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office.\nWhy Join Us\nAt Park Industries, you’ll play a critical role in bringing innovative products to market while working alongside passionate, collaborative teams.
