business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nEmploy Azure DevOps and Git to ensure proper version control and adherence to CI/CD best practices.\nTroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve AI performance issues and production problems.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering.\nActively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement.\nDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, and proactive attitude.\nCreate necessary documentation relating to work produced.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nAt least 1 year of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/machine learning solutions.\nDevelopment experience with Python programming (Spark, pandas, etc.) and SQL.\nSolid understanding of AI methodologies, including supervised/unsupervised learning, regression analysis, and neural networks\nPractical knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure (Azure Synapse, Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions).\nExperience with Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.\nFamiliarity with software development fundamentals such as SOLID principles, ObjectOriented design, DRY, and Domain Driven Design.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of Vibe Coding and familiarity with cutting-edge industry trends.\nExposure to Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development (TDD).\nTravel:\nLess than
