What you will do:

• Understand business requirements, Design, develop, and maintain.NET applications using.NET and Azure.
• Writehigh performing,reusable code,unit tests and participate incode reviews to ensure that our code meets best practices and industry standards.
• Work closely with other engineers, product managers, quality analysts to build new features and enhancements into Park Place products and services.
• Contribute to all phases of SDLC ensuring that our products are delivered with high quality within planned release cycles.
• Work with QA to create and review test plans, help in executing functional, integration and system tests and ensure acceptance criteria is met.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, andfix software bugs identified before and afterrelease, either internally or by customers in the field.
• Create necessary documentation relating to work produced.
• Collaborate, share, and learn from team members, and actively follow all team processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of development experience usingC# .NET, MVC/Razor Pages, Web APIs
• Experience working with a relational database likeSQL Server/Azure SQL/MySQL etc.
• Knowledge ofADO.NET/Entity Framework / any otherORM.
• Knowledge onAI tools likeGithub Copilot orCursor orClaude.
• Knowledge ofNoSQL databases like Mongo DB/Azure Cosmos DB.
• Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React or Vue.js).
• Understanding of Agile process and experience withCI/CD usingAzure DevOps or similar tools.
• Understanding ofGit concepts such as branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a “can-do” attitude and a growth mindset towards learning new skills.

Bonus Points:

• Relevant certifications such asAzure Fundamentals/Developer/Architect/Administrator etc.
• Contributions to projects onGitHub, developer communities likeStack Overflow,Microsoft Q&A, published blog posts etc.
• Experience working in aglobal environment involving multiple development teams across various time zones.
• Prior development experience with Java technologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred.
