journey.\nWhat you will do\nBuild and enhance backend services and APIs used in production.\nContribute to cloud-hosted applications and understand performance, reliability, and security considerations.\nWrite unit and integration tests and actively participate in code reviews.\nWork with relational and NoSQL databases to design schemas and write efficient queries.\nCollaborate with frontend engineers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.\nDebug issues, perform root-cause analysis, and help improve system stability.\nWhat success looks like:\nYou deliver backend features with increasing independence.\nYour code is readable, testable, and production ready.\nYou demonstrate ownership of modules or services by the end of the internship.\nYou actively seek feedback, adapt and apply quickly.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n1+ year(s) of technical engineering experience through internships, full-time roles, co-op programs, or equivalent hands-on experience.\nEngineers with strong fundamentals, not prompt engineers with shortcuts\nExperience with at least one of the following technologies:\n.Net, C#,\nWeb API, REST.\nPostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL and/or NoSQL databases Cosmos DB, MongoDB etc.\nSource control using Git and collaborative workflows.\n\nExposure to writing unit tests and debugging.\nTeam player with a “can-do” attitude and a growth mindset towards learning new skills.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBonus Points:\nPrior development experience with .NET & C# on enterprise projects\nHackerRank/Leetcode
