You'll play a key role in pool operations, snow removal, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on role will keep you active and engaged,\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for the ground’s maintenance and landscaping of the property\n\nResponsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment\n\nProviding support to residence as required, such as firewood delivery and snow removal\n\nWater testing and record keeping daily\n\nMaintaining the pool and spa facilities\n\nResponsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems\n\nResponsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Community and Community Buildings\n\nEnsuring ongoing communication with Manager\n\nResponsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.\n\nResponsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.\n\nOperate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.\n\nBe prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.\n\nOther duties as required\n\nExperience and Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience; Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clean background/criminal check required.\n\nCurrent water ticket or pool certificate preferred.\n\nMust be willing to take water certification course at the beginning of employment.\n\nMust be willing to take the pool certification course at the beginning of employment.\n\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\n\nAbility to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights\n\nExcellent oral & written communication skills\n\nExcellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills\n\nThe expected annualized base salary range for this role is $45,000-$47,000.\nBased on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.\nThe actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.\nWe value diverse experiences and perspectives.
