We’re a Series B fintech scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating demand.\nWe’re now scaling our credit operations and looking for a sharp, thoughtful, and experienced Credit Analyst Manager to help us evaluate business creditworthiness and support disciplined portfolio growth. As a Credit Analyst Manager at Parker, you’ll lead and evolve Parker’s underwriting operations. You’ll own credit policy, streamline processes, and help us strike the right balance between risk and growth. If you're passionate about credit risk, data-driven decisioning, and enabling customers through smarter finance - this role is for you.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead the credit analyst team for new and existing applicants across Parker’s corporate card and lending products.\n\nRefine and maintain credit policies, approval thresholds, and risk segmentation logic.\n\nAnalyze financials, bank data, and alternative data sources to assess creditworthiness.\n\nWork closely with Risk, Data, and Product teams to improve automation and develop scoring models.\n\nSupport Sales and Success teams with responsive, well-informed credit decisions.\n\nMonitor portfolio performance and adjust underwriting strategies accordingly.\n\nHelp build a scalable, high-performing underwriting team over time.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n10+ years of experience in underwriting, credit risk, or lending -
