You’ll be an integral part of our lending team, responsible for engaging real estate investors, prequalifying loan opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle. This is an entry-level, growth-focused role designed for driven individuals who are ready to learn about the lending industry from the ground up while making a real impact.\nYou’ll receive best-in-class training and mentorship to help you master the fundamentals of loan origination and relationship-building within the real estate finance space.\nRESPONSIBILTIES\nClient Engagement & Initial Qualification \nConduct 50-75 outbound calls daily to connect with new leads and prospective builders and flippers\nEngage prospective borrowers to understand their investment goals and lending needs \nEducate clients on Park Place Finance’s core loan products (Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, DSCR) and how they can support their real estate projects \nSales Support & Pipeline Development \nAssist senior Account Executives in gathering borrower information, property details, and financials for prequalification \nSupport the prequalification process by using company-provided sizing tools and ensuring documentation accuracy \nSchedule and coordinate borrower meetings, presentations, and pipeline updates \nRelationship Building & Client Experience \nMaintain proactive, professional communication with borrowers and internal teams throughout the loan cycle \nProvide clear updates to ensure borrowers feel supported and informed every step of the way \nBuild rapport and trust with real estate investors to support long-term relationships and future business opportunities \nCollaboration & Growth \nWork closely with loan processors, underwriters, and senior Account Executives to ensure deals progress smoothly \nContribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing insights and supporting colleagues’ success \nEmbrace training and feedback to continuously improve your skills and prepare for future AE roles \nRequirements\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA)\nRequired:\n2+ years as a Loan Officer, Commercial Banking or managing Builder / Real Estate Investor Relationships\nExperience working with Home Builders a Strong Plus\nExperience with Residential Investment Real Estate transactions a strong plus\nAdvanced understanding of loan terminology, guidelines, LTV, LTC, ARV \nBachelor’s degree strongly preferred \nHard working, hungry and motivated \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) \nEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment \nHigh level of perseverance and resilience; a “work hard, play hard” mentality \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic client needs \nTech-savviness with CRM tools and general business software (e.g., email, Zoom) \nPreferred:\nExposure to or familiarity with the real estate, mortgage lending, or financial services industries \nExperience with lead-driven, consultative sales environments \nBasic Excel skills (sorting, filters, simple analysis) \nBenefits\nCompetitive Salary + Monthly Commission\nCompany Paid Health Insurance for you + your dependents (Medical, Dental & Vision)\n4% 401k Match\nA fun, high energy work environment\nAdvancement Opportunities for top producers\n*Note: There is no cap to total compensation.\nWHY JOIN PARK PLACE FINANCE?\nAt Park Place Finance, we invest just as much in our people as we do in our borrowers.
