Responsible for assisting with daily clinical and clerical operations. Works in collaboration with the employee health team to provide quality care to coworkers and support compliance requirements and records through consistent documentation and communication.\n\nEducation:\nMust be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED. Must have education as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, emergency medical technician, nursing or have equivalent work experience. Associate Degree in Applied Science in Medical or related field preferred.\nLicense & Cert:\nCPR certification, TBTST certification, all required within 90 days of employment.\nAddendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. Must be able to work in multiple clinic location environments. Phlebotomy experience preferred. Experience administering immunizations preferred. Experience dispensing medications preferred. One year experience in medical office or hospital setting preferred.\nOther Qualifications:\nMust have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical and clerical operations, service excellence, clinical quality initiatives preferred. Must be familiar with computers, electronic medical record experience preferred.
