This role ensures the platform remains stable, secure, performant, compliant, and aligned with business and IT governance standards while supporting ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.\nThe administrator serves as a key technical partner to functional teams, integration teams, infrastructure, security, and vendors to support enterprise business processes and maximize the value of Oracle Fusion Cloud.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Administration & Operations\nAdminister Oracle Fusion Cloud environments (Production, Test, Development), including setup, configuration, and environment refreshes.\nManage system availability, performance monitoring, and operational stability.\nCoordinate Oracle quarterly updates, patches, and maintenance activities, including impact analysis and regression coordination.\nMonitor system logs, scheduled jobs, and background processes to ensure optimal performance.\nSecurity & Access Management\nAdminister Oracle Fusion user accounts, job roles, duty roles, and data security policies in accordance with approved access models.\nEnforce segregation of duties (SoD) and security controls in alignment with audit and compliance requirements.\nPartner closely with the Information Security and IAM teams to support authentication, provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO, and role design processes.\nSupport audits through evidence gathering,and remediation activities.\nConfiguration & Environment Management\nSupport Functional Setup Manager (FSM) configurations and platform-level setups.\nMaintain technical configuration documentation, environmentdocumentation, and change records.\nCoordinate non-production environment refresh schedules, masking requirements, and testing readiness with business and IT teams.\nValidate configuration consistency across environments and support post-refresh reconciliation activities.\nIntegration & Technical Support\nSupport Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other inbound/outbound integrations by managing:Connectivity, certificates, keys, and endpoints\nScheduled integration jobs and monitoring dashboards\n\nCoordinate with middleware and interface teams for issue resolution.\nMonitor inbound and outbound integrations and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nPartner with Oracle Support and system integrators as needed.\nGovernance, Standards & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish and maintain platform administration standards, procedures, and runbooks.\nParticipate in change management, release management, and CAB processes.\nProvide technical guidance to functional leads and project teams during new initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved platform controls.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience administering enterprise ERP or SaaS platforms.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM).\nStrong knowledge of:Oracle Fusion Security (roles, privileges, data security)\nEnvironment management and refresh processes\nOracle quarterly update lifecycle\n\nExperience working in regulated or audit-driven environments preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nFamiliarity with SOX, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks (as applicable).\nPrior experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations or post-go-live operations.\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) exposure.\nOracle certifications (Fusion Applications, Cloud, or Security) a plus.\nExperience with Oracle Guided Learning preferred.\nKey Competencies\nStrong troubleshooting and
