Participates and monitors quality outcomes and budgetary performance.\nMaster's degree in social work, psychology or other counseling field.\nNVCI required upon hire or within 60 days of employment. CPR required upon hireor within 30 days of employment. Licensed by the state of Indiana as a mental health provider: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.\nMust have 5 years of mental health, counseling, psychology or social services experience. Prefer health care or psychiatric hospital experience.
