Complete the entire Career Path and you can potentially earn an additional $5,200 annually on top of shift differentials, frequent salary increases, and routine range adjustments.\nSummary: Provides world-class pharmacy services while assisting the Pharmacist in assigned areas of drug procurement, preparation, storage, inventory control, distribution, orders, and dispensing.\n Primary Functions:\nMonitor and replenish medication inventory using automated dispensing cabinets and inventory management technology\nPrepare compounded sterile products\nMaintain controlled substance inventory with high accountability and accurate documentation\nCommunicate medication needs with pharmacist and nursing staff\nEducation: High school graduate or equivalent GED required. Successful completion of algebra, clerical, and science courses preferred. Computer classes and experience preferred.\nLicensure/Certification: Must have or be eligible for an Indiana Board of Pharmacy Tech in Training license or a current State Board of Indiana license as a Pharmacy Technician or Intern. A Tech in Training program is offered internally.
