We're looking for an OT Cyber Security Consultant to deliver technical security solutions, conduct assessments, and grow their expertise in this specialized and rapidly evolving field.\n\nYou'll work on high-profile projects with Critical National Infrastructure clients and industrial organizations, helping them secure SCADA systems, DCS environments, and industrial control networks. This is a Netherlands-wide role with hybrid arrangements (typically 2-3 days per month in our Amsterdam office, with additional client site visits as needed).\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAssessment & Analysis\n\n Conduct OT security assessments, readiness evaluations, and discovery workshops in industrial environments\n\n Perform technical analysis of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, IIoT) architecture and infrastructure\n\n Identify vulnerabilities in OT networks and recommend security improvements aligned with industry standards\n\n Assess and articulate OT-specific risks (safety, availability, integrity) and propose proportionate mitigations\n\nTechnical Delivery\n\n Deploy security controls tailored to operational technology environments, balancing security with operational continuity\n\n Support the implementation of ICS security frameworks based on IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and other OT-specific standards\n\n Develop network segmentation strategies for OT/IT convergence scenarios\n\n Conduct security testing in industrial environments while maintaining operational safety\n\nDocumentation & Compliance\n\n Create project deliverables including OT threat and risk assessments, security policies, procedures, and compliance evidence\n\n Develop security assurance management plans for industrial control systems\n\n Produce technical documentation supporting OT security programmes and regulatory compliance\n\n Support clients with NIS, NIS2, CAF, and CRA compliance requirements\n\nStakeholder Engagement\n\n Provide security guidance to operations teams,
