Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is searching for a professional to support development, integration, testing, and ongoing execution of in-house machine learning research on multi-agent reinforcement learning.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nThis work will include conducting experiments on the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of deployed machine learning (ML) solutions.\nFormulating and testing hypotheses via implementing compute-efficient AI/ML training methods, applying statistics, and performing data analysis\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nRequired: B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering and 5+ years of post-degree machine learning experience, or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering and 2+ years of experience, or Ph.D. in relevant field \nHigh proficiency in Python with a strong background in writing modular, testable, and maintainable codebases\nFramework fluency with data science tools and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc) and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)\nFamiliarity with virtual environment tools such as Conda/uv/Poetry, or Docker containerization \nExperience with Git and software development best practices, and working within Linux systems\nThe ability to work both individually and in a multi-team development project\nCommunicate methods and findings through publication manuscripts\nU.S. Citizenship is required\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems \nExperience running experiments on HPC or cloud systems, and tracking results for later analysis between machines (Trackio / Weights & Biases / Tensorboard with neat file management) \n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
