In this role you will get to assist the Project Manager to plan and execute all the assigned projects.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nIdentifying clients’ or stakeholders’ project needs and goals.\n\nCreating a detailed plan to successfully complete a project.\n\nOrganizing and storing project reports and documents.\n\nManaging the project team, including task delegation and work schedule.\n\nMaintaining project documentation.\n\nAssisting with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables.\n\nTracking and reporting project progress.\n\nLiaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.\n\nAssisting in the planning and implementation of projects.\n\nHelping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.\n\nAnalyzing data as required.\n\nConducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.\n\nTracking and reporting project progress.\n\nPerforming other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering and Architecture or related field from a recognized university.\n\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management within infrastructure and architectural projects.\n\nExperience with project management software.\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\n\nAbility to plan and organize.\n\nExcellent multitasking skills and be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nPMP certificate is an advantage.\n\nAbility to work well in a team environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure.\n\nMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
