In this role you will provide day-to-day project management support, coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with budget and contractual requirements.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nSupport the Project Director with internal coordination across engineering and support teams and coordination with external stakeholders as required.\nArrange, attend, and minute project meetings; track actions to closure and monitor progress.\nPrepare subcontractor requisitions and coordinate with subcontractors during task execution.\nPrepare progress updates, reports, and presentations to support management reporting.\nMaintain trackers, documentation, and records to support smooth project delivery.\nPerform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline).\nMinimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with infrastructure projects exposure.\nStrong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.\nWorking knowledge of CAD and proficiency in MS Office and common project management tools.\nWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring:\nExperience supporting a PMO or program environment and managing multiple workstreams in parallel.\nFamiliarity with basic project controls concepts (schedule tracking, risk/issue logs, change tracking).\nStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
