In this role you will utilize and expand your ability for bridge design working alongside an experienced team on major state and area projects!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDesign and analysis of conventional and complex bridges, culverts, earth retaining structures and other underground structures\nAssist with preparation of new design and rehabilitation plans and calculations using federal, state, and local specifications, guidelines and standards\nReview supplier drawing submittals\nProduce data sheets and perform technical bid analysis\nCADD design and coordination including some drafting\nWhat Required Skills & Qualifications You'll Bring:\nBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with structural engineering emphasis\nBridge design and engineering experience from a combination of class instruction and/or internships\nGood technical writing skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite\nSelf-motivation to work independently as well as through coordination with other team members\nAbility to communicate across disciplines\nWhat Preferred Skills & Qualifications You'll Bring:\nFamiliarity with structural analysis software including LEAP, STADD, or similar\nMicroStation and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience\nEngineer in Training Certification\nMasters of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural engineering\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
