Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nJob Posting\nParsons is now hiring an Entry Level Engineer for our rapidly expanding environmental and remediation sector. This role will be based out of Syracuse, NY - the main hub of Parsons Environmental Practice.\nIn this position you will perform various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a Bachelor & Masters Degree university engineering program. In addition, you may assist in field inspections and the preparation of inspection reports.\nResponsibilities:\nPerforms a variety of engineering duties and design assignments\n\nResponsible for the development of engineering computations, material quantity take-offs, estimates, surveys and designs.\n\nUnder close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, develops the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements.\n\nProvides support for other engineering activities as required.\n\nPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.\n\n Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)\n\nMaster's degree in Engineering (or related field) preferred\n\nSome related work experience and/or internships preferred\n\nIn addition, an Engineering in Training (EIT) Certificate is preferred\n\nRequires basic process engineering knowledge, as well as a working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
