If you value a culture that encourages the pursuit of new ideas, join our team.\nWe offer mentoring, training, education reimbursement, a bonus for your first PE license, great benefits and competitive salaries!\nThis position is located in our Indianapolis office.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nWork will include horizontal & vertical alignment design, roadway 3D modeling, estimating, quantity calculations, technical reports, plan production, and detailed engineering analysis. \nOther duties may include pavement design, traffic engineering, construction staging plans, signing and lighting. Candidate will interface with CAD designers, other engineers and clients. \nThe successful candidate will gain great experience in transportation engineering across the nation. \nCompletes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes, utilizing CAE/CAD as applicable. \nPrepares standard engineering computations, material quality takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs. \nReviews supplier drawing submittals and assists in performing technical bid analyses. \nPrepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents. \nProvides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and junior-level Engineers. \nPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. \n What Required Skills You'll Bring:\n4-year degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) \n0+ years or more of related work experience. \nRequires basic process engineering knowledge, as well as a working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering \nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring: \nPrior internship experience working is a plus \nEngineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate is preferred. \nFamiliarity with the following design software is also a plus: Microstation, OpenRoads, and Civil3D. \n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
