Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nBIM Modeler (Dry Utilities)\nAbu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Modeler (Dry Utilities) to join our Design team! In this role you will get to support the BIM Coordinator and our Project Delivery Teams to execute the day-to-day development, establishment and implementation of BIM in Parsons Main office in Abu Dhabi.\nWhat You'll Be Doing :\nSupport day-to-day BIM implementation and model management activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain 3D/2D models aligned with project LOD requirements, modelling standards, and naming conventions.\n\nPrepare drawings from models (layouts, profiles, sections, details) and extract 2D geometry for coordination and internal reviews.\n\nExtract model information for clash analysis, schedule review, and quantity take-off (QS/QTO).\n\nPerform clash detection, visual walkthroughs, and prepare models/reports for constructability analysis.\n\nCoordinate model interfaces with other disciplines and ensure quality checking/validation of BIM deliverables.\n\nSupport BIM submissions and model delivery in accordance with agreed TIDP/MIDP and CDE protocols.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.\n\nMinimum 5 years relevant BIM modelling experience on infrastructure projects.\n\nStrong experience with Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Autodesk Forma, with solid understanding of model-based workflows and digital delivery.\n\nStrong capability in BIM QA/QC, coordination, clash/clearance detection, and reporting.\n\nProficiency in MS Office and strong technical documentation skills.\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience modelling dry utilities (telecom, Falcon Eye, lighting, electrical).\n\nFamiliarity with digital delivery requirements such as COBie, asset information modelling, O&M data and asset tagging.\n\nStrong communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary teams\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
