Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nCAD/BIM Technician\nAbu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is seeking a talented CAD/BIM Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will provide CAD and BIM drafting support for major infrastructure and enabling works, preparing accurate drawings and models while maintaining effective document control to support construction supervision activities.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nPrepare, update, and maintain CAD drawings and BIM models for infrastructure and enabling works projects.\n\nDevelop plans, profiles, details, and layouts in accordance with project standards and technical requirements.\n\nCoordinate drawings and models with engineers, designers, and site teams based on project requirements and site conditions.\n\nMaintain drawing registers, revisions, and document outputs to ensure accurate and controlled information flow.\n\nSupport the preparation of record drawings and as-built documentation.\n\nEnsure drafting accuracy, quality, and compliance with project procedures and standards.\n\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology or related discipline.\n\nMinimum 7+ years of relevant CAD/BIM experience on major infrastructure projects.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Revit.\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.\n\nWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring:\nExperience supporting infrastructure, utilities or large-scale development projects.\n\nExperience working with construction supervision teams and multidisciplinary project environments.\n\nFamiliarity with as-built documentation, handover requirements, and close-out processes.\n\nExperience on infrastructure projects in the UAE will be an advantage.\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
