In this role you will get to assist the Resident Engineer in design review and construction related to structural works of the project.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nAssist and deputize for the Resident Engineer (RE) as required, ensuring seamless project oversight.\n\nEnsure construction and operations & maintenance (O&M) work align with the Contract Documents, meeting the required standards.\n\nActively participate in contract administration and related activities.\n\nReview and evaluate Contractor’s submissions, providing clear feedback.\n\nOffer on-site guidance and issue site instructions to ensure work proceeds according to the plan.\n\nSupervise the site inspection team, ensuring thorough and effective inspections.\n\nPerform regular checks and measurements of completed work to confirm accuracy and compliance with specifications.\n\nMonitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and practices on-site.\n\nOversee the quality control of materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.\n\nTrack and record project progress against the established program, identifying any discrepancies.\n\nPrepare detailed progress reports to keep stakeholders informed on project status.\n\nEnsure the accuracy and completeness of as-built drawings and documentation\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.\n\nMinimum 10 years ofwork experience with infrastructure projects like roads,utilities and bridges within UAE.\n\nDubai experience is preferred.\n\nExperience in fast track prestigious projects is preferred.\n\nKnowledge and experience using computer software.\n\nGood oral and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff.\n\nCommitment to safe work practices.\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
