The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting irrigation installation works, monitoring quality and compliance, supporting construction activities, and ensuring that all irrigation systems are executed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.\nDevelop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.\nConduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.\nPrepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.\nEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nStay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.\nMaster’s degree preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.\nProven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.\nStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.\nProficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
