Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for a talented Claims Support Specialist to join our team!In this role you will provide administrative support for the Owner’s claims management process by maintaining contemporaneous project records and organizing claim support documentation for disputes and proceedings.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMaintain contemporaneous records that support the Owner’s position in claims or disputes, including daily logs of correspondence, meeting minutes, photographs, schedule analyses, and delay documentation.\nAssist the Owner’s legal team in preparing claim responses.\nCompile document packages for mediation, arbitration, or litigation proceedings.\nOrganize claim-related evidence in a structured and retrievable format.\nCoordinate with project administration and document management teams to support record completeness and retrieval.\nSupport administration of project records and documentation needed for contractual compliance and dispute support.\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in business, construction management, legal studies, project management, or related field, or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience supporting claims documentation, project administration, contract support, or dispute records management on capital projects.\nStrong document organization, file management, and records retrieval skills.\nAbility to coordinate with legal, commercial, and project teams in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong written communication and attention to detail.\nWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring\nExperience supporting owner-side claims or contract administration teams.\nFamiliarity with delay documentation, schedule analysis support, and construction correspondence records.\nExperience on large EPC, CMA, industrial, or mission-critical projects.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
