In this role you will get to support both day-to-day broad-based compensation operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring our compensation practices remain competitive, compliant, and effective.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nMarketPay / Payscale AdministrationServe as the primary point of contact for the MarketPay/Payscale platform.\nManage benchmark jobs, update the survey library, and validate data accuracy.\nPartner with survey vendors, oversee the annual MarketPay migration, and manage user setup, access, and training.\nConduct ad hoc pricing and market analysis for new and existing roles.\n\n Job Descriptions & Program SupportLead job description reviews in collaboration with HR partners and managers.\nCreate and review new job families and job descriptions with HR partners and managers.\nManage compensation program activities, including salary survey job matching, survey data submission and results, and market analysis for non-executive roles.\nPrepare and deliver training on compensation tools and processes (e.g., MarketPay, JDXpert, new job creation).\n\n Compensation Operations & AnalysisMay support compensation compliance efforts (e.g., Federal business requirements), job and FLSA analysis, M&A integration, and ad hoc compensation studies.\nDeliver compensation reporting and analytics to inform decision-making.\nCollaborate with the compensation team to identify process gaps, recommend automation enhancements, and improve efficiency and quality controls.\nProvide support for compensation-related projects and initiatives as needed.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in compensation.\nHands-on experience with MarketPay/Payscale or similar compensation benchmarking tools, ideally as a system administrator or primary point of contact.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to HR partners and business leaders.\nDemonstrated commitment to data accuracy, quality control, and data integrity, with experience validating, reconciling, and maintaining compensation data across multiple systems.\nStrong audit skills, including the ability to review processes and data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, document findings, and support internal and external audit requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to follow established processes and procedures, while also using sound judgment to create, document, and improve processes when formal documentation is not yet available.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable across diverse audiences.\nProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across an organization.\nProfessionalism, accountability, and resilience, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.\nHigh attention to detail and strong time management skills, including project planning and deadline management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nWorkday experience preferred.\nCCP certification or progress toward certification preferred What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Corporate team.For over 80 years, Parsons Corporation, has shaped the future of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.
