Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is seeking a sharp Configuration Management Project Engineer to join our growing team!\nIn this role you will lead organizational change initiatives and manage the day-to-day operations of the change management function. This role will manage and execute change strategies for enterprise, departmental, technology, process, and organizational initiatives. The Lead Change Manager/Project Engineer will partner with government sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and technology functions to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes. In addition to serving as a lead change management practitioner, this position will provide functional leadership for teams across the program.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nExecute and manage change management plans, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and success measures.\nPerform physical audits against CM controlled artifacts\nManage CM data repositories utilizing Jira Asset and Sunbird DCIM\nFacilitate, manage, and track action items for configuration management review boards.\nIntegrate change management activities into overall program and project plans.\nEnsure that change initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.\nReport change progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes to program and executive leadership.\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, career planning, and formal reviews.\nProvide mentoring, coaching, feedback, and subject-matter guidance to build team capability.\nIdentify professional development, training, certification, and succession planning opportunities.\nEstablish and maintain change management standards, templates, tools, processes, and governance routines.\nDefine functional performance metrics, dashboards, reporting requirements, and operational reviews.\nLead lessons-learned reviews and apply findings to improve future initiatives.\nEnsure that change management practices comply with program governance, and applicable requirements.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nActive Top Secret security clearanc e\nBachelor’s degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree\n8+ years of experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience\nExperience in change management, organizational transformation, organizational development, project management, communications, training, or related discipline.\nExperience managing, supervising, or functionally leading employees, consultants, contractors, or project teams.\nDemonstrated experience developing and executing change management strategies and plans.\nExperience leading changes related to technology implementations, process improvements, operating model changes, organizational restructures, or business transformation.\nExperience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.\nDemonstrated experience coaching executives, sponsors, managers, and employees through significant change.\nWhat Desired Skills You Might Bring:\nExperience leading a change management team, center of excellence, or enterprise change capability.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nExperience with workforce transition, organizational design, operating model transformation, or post-implementation sustainment.\nMaster’s degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
