Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Construction Manager to join our site-based Construction Supervision team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh.\nThe project comprises the design, enabling, and main works for a large-scale destination development featuring several iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Delivered under a client governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management, ensuring that all works are completed, integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProvide strategic direction and leadership to the site construction teams and supervision staff.\nEnsure construction works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nCoordinate with client, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.\nReview and approve construction plans, method statements, and work programs.\nMonitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions as required.\nEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.\nOversee contract administration in coordination with commercial and contracts teams.\nPrepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and key metrics to senior management and the client.\nSupport change management, claims avoidance/mitigation, and dispute resolution.\nMentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.\nMinimum 20 years of experience in construction management.\nProven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, development, or mixed-use projects, preferably in the Middle East.\nStrong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant streetscape, landscaping, and public realm components.\nDemonstrated track record of managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary site teams.\nExcellent knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and best practices.\nStrong understanding of contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC) and commercial implications.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh commitment to HSE standards and quality assurance/quality control processes\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
