Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nUndertakes responsibility for overseeing the construction supervision activities of the design consultant and management of construction project (s).\nWorks closely with Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.\nParticipates in value engineering reviews during design and construction.\nOrganizes and works closely with a high level construction management team to provide oversight of the various site supervision and inspection services provided by the designers through the construction phase, interface with commissioning and start up activities.\nThe senior expert to be based on the PMO site offices at all times to sort out problems if any\nMonitors construction project progress and chairs all the construction progress meetings.
