In this role, you will support contract administration activities witha strongemphasis on reporting, database management, andmaintainingaccuratecontract records.\nWhatYou’llBe Doing\nAdminister contract records, files, and documentation to support day-to-day contract operations.\n\nMaintain and update contract databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\n\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to contract status, modifications, deliverables, and compliance.\n\nTrack contract actions, milestones, and reporting deadlines to supporttimelyexecution.\n\nReview contractual data and documentation for accuracy and proper recordkeeping.\n\nSupport the preparation, routing, and tracking of contract modifications and other related documents.\n\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, verify, and organize contract-related information.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to improve reporting processes, database integrity, and document control practices.\n\nWhat Required SkillsYou’llBring\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and typically 3+ years of contract administration experience.\n\nStrong reporting skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and present data accurately.\n\nExperience with database management andmaintainingdetailed electronic records.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and other data tracking systems.\n\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities.\n\nWhat Desired SkillsYou’llBring\nExperience working with contract lifecycle management systems or ERP platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with compliance reporting, audit support, or recordsmanagementbest practices.\n\nExperience creating dashboards or using reporting and data visualization tools.\n\nKnowledge of government, commercial, or subcontract administration processes.\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
