In this role you will perform contract administration activities, ensuring timely contractual correspondence, compliance with contract provisions, and effective coordination with project stakeholders on a fast-paced major infrastructure program in Abu Dhabi.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nAdminister assigned contract provisions to ensure all contractual requirements and deliverables are met.\n\nPrepare and issue contractual correspondence to contractors and stakeholders (letters, notices, responses, approvals/interpretations requests).\n\nSupport the project team by explaining contract positions and resolving day-to-day contractual matters.\n\nIdentify contractual issues early, recommend actions for resolution, and escalate items requiring management attention.\n\nMaintain contract records/registers and ensure responses and follow-ups are timely and well documented.\n\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree inQuantity Surveying,Civil Engineering, or related discipline.\n\nMinimum10yearsdemonstrable experience in contract administration in a project environment; preferably in major infrastructure projects.\n\nExperience working on fast-paced projects and managing multiple contracts in parallel.\n\nStrong written communication skills and ability to draft clear contractual correspondence.\n\nWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring:\nExcellent stakeholder coordination and reporting discipline.\n\nPositive, collaborative approach and ability to work under pressure.\n\nFIDICcontract management training/certification (advantage).\n\nRICSmembership or progress toward chartership (advantage).\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
