In this role you will responsible for overseeing contracts and commercial management for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring strict adherence to contractual terms, and managing risks effectively.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nReview, develop and enforce administrative procedures for effective performance within terms and conditions of the contract.\nSupporting the project teams in monitoring and controlling the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective, meet projects and statutory requirements, and deliver the desired outcomes.\nDevelops and implements procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with conditions of the contract.\nManage contract lifecycle from inception to completion.\nAssisting in developing and implementing commercial strategy\nDrafting contractual correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all Contractual matters.\nAdministration, review and settlement of claims, resolution of disputes and contract change negotiations.\nIdentifying recurring/potential recurring claims across the projects and providing mitigation strategies\nReviewing, developing, and managing systems and procedures for the monitoring of the contracts and claims to ensure that contractual compliance is sues are resolved both timely and effectively.\nMaintaining client relationships, delivering contractual and commercial reports in accordance with client’s requirements.\nAssists the projects team in contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with prior to final payment to contractor.\nTrack project milestones and deliverables.\nEnsures that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained.\nAdvises on all contractual matters.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 10 years of related experience in building and infrastructure projects.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nWorking experience with the supervision consultants and or project management consultants. \nStrong knowledge of FIDIC contracts\nExperience in mega projects will be advantageous\nProfessional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS\nUAE experience\nExcellent writing, negotiations, and communication skills\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
